Computers are increasingly used for both work and entertainment. Along with this increased use come new physical challenges. Repetitive stress disorders such as carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, and thoracic outlet syndrome plague computer users. Yoga can help prevent these debilitating disorders.
