As Yoga teachers, therapists, and practitioners, we are fully aware of the benefits of Yoga for the physical, mental, and spiritual bodies. We have embraced these practices, and for many of us, they have changed our lives, health, and perspectives on life for the better. One of the goals of the Yoga community is to make these benefits of Yoga available to everyone. However, as simple and wonderful as that may sound, the truth is, it is easier said than done.
